For those who love water sports and especially windsurfing, this area of Paros is a real paradise. The summer wind is extremely favorable for sailing activities.
However, all the other conditions are ideal as well:
perfect infrastructure and services (organised hotels and surf clubs, restaurants, bars, shops.), easy approach and a plenty of beaches for all levels, beginners and... champs!
Nea Chrisi Akti and Nea Chrysi Akti (Tserdakia) are the first beaches in organization.

Then follow Logaras and Pisso Livadi. The big sandy beach of Nea Chrisi Akti is one of the most beautiful of the island and it is suitable for learning and practicing surfing of high standards.
Here, there are two surf clubs that provide every possible service (renting crafts, lessons for beginners and advanced, rescue craft), hotels, restaurants and bars.
Nea Chrisi Akti is extremely organized with hotels and fully equipped surf clubs (renting and safe - keeping of crafts, two inflatable rescue boats, lessons for beginners and advanced), which is the organizer of the two great races that take place here, every year.
