First destination: Agios Fokas- Thermes. The first destination crosses the east beach, embracing the cape Psalidi and Agio Foka to end to Thermes. Agios Foka’s cape is a steep arm of a hill of height 75m from the surface of the sea in which it ends the mountain of the island. There to the after Byzantine years there was a small little church of Agiou Foka. To the 13th km there are Thermes an organized summer center with a curative source.

Second destination: Kos-Platani- Asklipieio. This route has the biggest historical interest because it concludes the tour to Asklipieiou’s region and the international Hippocratic institution of Ko. The main street ends out of the city with southeast direction. In a distance of almost two Km we meet Platani’s village three km out of the city and a branch of the street to the left we have the opportunity to visit the famous Asklipeio of Ko.

Third route: Kos- Zipari-Asfendio-Tigkaki. We leave the city westerly. We leave behind the branch to Asklipieio and we continue straight towards… to the 10 Km the street enters to the settlement Zipari that is created from the inhabitants of Asfendio. A piece of the street turns to the south from Zipari and it goes up to the Hill of Dikaios Mountain. After three and a half kms it is Asfendio the most picturesque village of the island with many settlements. To Asfendio’s region it belongs the sea settlements Tigkaki apart from Zipari. To the Tigkaki leads a piece of the road that goes out of Zipari with northwestern direction.
