GENERAL INFO

Tolo is one of the most touristic villages in Greece.

It is found 12 klm. south of Nafplio, in the cove of a lovely bay where there are also found two islets.

Provides to its visitors the possibility of tranquil vacations or cosmopolitan life mainly in summer. It has a very clean sea and coasts and provides the possibility of stay and a motive for excursions to all over the area.

It is worth visiting in Poros the country church Zoodohos Pigi that operated also as a secret school during the Greek Revolution in 1821.

Certainly, you will enjoy your swimming to the wonderful beach with the golden sand at the edge of the village and with white sand in front of the houses.

Furthermore, there are schools for ski and windsurfing.

You may go also with boats or swimming to the islets opposite, Romvi and Tolo, where you can see the ruins of the medieval castle.

There is entertainment and food of all kinds. Everything is beside the wave. Cafeterias, taverns with fresh fish by the local fishermen, discos and bars with vivid life all night long.
For your stay, there are hotels, apartments and rooms to let where you will find at the and of the area.

To Tolo you can go by road or by ferryboat and flying dolphins from Piraeus. Otherwise, you can use the train from Athens.
