After browsing our web-site and reviewing our literature you can complete convenient questionnaire and send it out to Anne Fournier your wedding coordinator.This is the first step.
By filling out the questions, you provide Anne with the basics about your dates, budget, number of guests, and give Anne Fournier an approximate idea of what your personal tastes and preferences are.
This gives us the opportunity to start planning and conceiving a wedding event proposition that will be tailored to your needs and desires through a collaborative process that is the guarantee of a memorable and successful wedding event for all.
We put together a basic offer which we submit to you within ten business days maximum. Then we talk... and, once we agree on the fundamentals and price of your package, we can proceed to setting down the terms of our association, signing the relevant forms and agreements. You then send us a retainer, and we are ready to engage in the full planning and design of your wedding event, as well as your stay in all its aspects, down to the detail.

You prepare and send us the official papers which will be needed for the marriage to be made legal and we then book the date of the ceremony with the Mayor or with a priest or minister of your denomination.My associates and I have the capability to take care of all your reservation, hotel, dining, party, services and activities you choose for your unforgettable wedding in Nafplio.
Arrival & Orientation of the wedding ceremony
Nafplio is a mere two hours from Venizelos Airport Athens.We can arrange to have you and your guests picked up and brought to Nafplio, where we will guide you to your hotels, organize your reception and arrange a full orientation and program description at your request the following day, go over schedules, refine our planning, visit locations, etc...
On your wedding day Rights of passage
{ early afternoon } You leave your hotel and, depending on your chosen scenario, take a pleasant walk or carriage ride through the historic streets of Nafplio, or sail to the location of your wedding ceremony, where family and friends await you.According to your choice we can photograph or video the ceremony itself, as well as your preparation before. Next step, the photo session, in which the couple, their close family & friends help us create the material, portraits etc. for the photo album.
{ early evening } At the end of your session, and after relaxing back at your hotel, we then direct you and your spouse -accompanied by traditional musicians perhaps- to your exclusive gala reception, awaiting you @ the historic Bourtzi Castle, or the charming wood schooner Lianna H on the Saronic golf, or the majestic beach of Karathona.
