Siteia in a distance of 73 km from ag. Nikolao is a picturesque large village, which is distinguished for it’s peace, it’s healthy climate and it’s beautiful beaches. Siteia is also the city of the writer Bintzentzou Kormarou Erotokritos. You can also visit the villages Palaiokastro and Itano where are Minoan ruins. In Itano there is unique forest where is in Crete with palm trees.
